If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This high-rise brief, crafted in a black nylon blend, features double panels for shaping and reducing, while Back Magic™ prevents discomfort with no-slip back support. The Wonderful Edge® on the legs and tummy flattening design ensure a secure fit all day. Composition includes 82% nylon and 18% elastane for the body, with the panel being 74% nylon and 26% elastane. Care: Hand wash warm, only non-chlorine bleach when necessary, line dry in the shade without ironing or dry cleaning.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
