Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Features a waterproof full-grain leather upper with a suede tongue and collar, enhanced by Merrell M Select™ DRY for waterproof protection and Merrell M Select™ FRESH to combat odors. It has webbing loops for secure lacing and a bellows tongue to keep debris out. The breathable mesh lining ensures comfort, while the protective rubber toe cap adds durability. Merrell air cushion in the heel absorbs shock and provides stability, and the Merrell Kinetic Fit™ BASE removable contoured footbed offers flexible support. The compression-molded EVA midsole and molded nylon arch shank enhance stability and comfort. The Vibram® TC5+ outsole features a 5mm lug depth for superior traction.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
