Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

It includes hidden drawcord adjustments in the hood for a secure fit and PitZips ventilation to enhance airflow. The elastic drawcord hem ensures a snug fit, while the DriClime® lined chin guard adds comfort. Adjustable Velcro® cuffs allow for a customizable fit, and the Angel-Wing Movement™ sleeve construction ensures freedom of movement. Convenience features include Pack Pockets™, mesh-lined hand pockets, and the ability to stuff the jacket into its own pocket for easy storage with a ready-to-clip loop. Crafted from NanoPro 100% nylon ripstop, it weighs 9.6 oz. with a center back length of 27". For care, hand wash is recommended.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
