Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Ferne Cardigan by Marie Oliver is a modern take on classic Fair Isle, featuring a deep navy sea color with a patterned yoke and an optional tie belt. With long sleeves and an oversized, relaxed fit, it hits at mid-thigh for a polished yet cozy look. Crafted from an 80% wool and 20% nylon blend, it boasts a toggle front closure and can be worn open or cinched. For care, dry clean or hand wash and lay flat to dry. Models pictured are 5' 9.5" and wear a size small; consider sizing down for a snugger fit.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
