Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These wide-leg trousers combine polished structure with modern comfort, crafted from 4-way stretch ponte jacquard in a refined cross-check plaid. Designed with a 31" inseam, patented concealed waistband, pull-on styling, waist side tabs with faux horn buttons, and center-front pintucks, they create a flattering, elongated silhouette. Functional side pockets lined with no-bulk mesh complete the design, while the 75% polyester, 20% viscose, and 5% elastane blend ensures stretch, durability, and a refined finish.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
