Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These denim pants feature a concealed patented waistband, front pin tucks, belt loops, a welt back pocket, and a front coin pocket. They are fitted at the waist, hip, and thigh before falling into a cropped, flared hem. Made from 4-way stretch knit denim, they are crafted from 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold. The length is approximately 27.5 inches, and the model is 5'10", wearing size S.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
