Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Linetta Pullover Sweatshirt by LoveShackFancy is a cozy, easy-fit piece featuring long sleeves and made from a soft cotton blend. This cream-colored fleece is highlighted by a whimsical graphic pattern with ribbed trims at the crewneck, cuffs, and hem, as well as delicate cream bows embedded with lace detailing throughout. With a pull-on closure and a front length of 23 1/4", this sweatshirt is perfect for both lounging and travel. Composition: 58% Cotton, 42% Polyester. Care: Dry clean or hand wash separately, lay flat to dry, and iron on low as needed. Measurements for size S include a bust of 21 1/2", a sweep of 21 1/2", and a sleeve length of 21 3/4".
