Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This pullover dress features three-quarter sleeves and a classic crewneck, with elegant waist tabs adorned with gold button trim. Crafted from Viscose Knit, it showcases a pleated A-line silhouette that falls gracefully to a knee-length. For care, hand wash cold separately, re-shape, lay flat to dry, and warm iron as needed on the reverse of the garment. Missy model is 5'9.5" with a 34" bust, 26" waist, and 36" hip, wearing size M, with a length of 41" from center back neck to hem.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
