Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Handmade with conscious materials in our factory in Portugal. Material: Recycled Ocean Plastic Upper & Foam Midsole. Bamboo & Recycled Nylon Lining. Natural Cork & Recycled Foam Insole. Recycled Brass Eyelets. Waxed Cotton Laces. Before use, we advise using a Protector Kit 50 to keep them looking fresh. Wipe clean using a damp clean cloth or the Cleaning Kit 50 which has been specifically designed for this type of fabric. For more details see our LØCI Cleaning Guide. The use of a washing machine is not recommended as it may change the structure or finish of the materials used.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
