Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
This suede shoe features a super-soft suede leather upper with a single wide strap for easy pull-on and adjustment. It has a medium-width, flexible Trac sole and a breathable insole. The gray version includes natural leather lining, while taupe and black have red lining. The adjustable hook-and-loop closure ensures a secure fit, and the padded heel collar adds extra comfort. Pop color reflective webbing at the heel enhances visibility.
