If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Ruth Straight-leg Jean by L'Agence offers a sophisticated blend of style and comfort in espresso-coated stretch denim. With a high-rise contoured waistband, these jeans are fitted through the hip and thigh, transitioning into a flared leg with a clean raw hem. Crafted from a cotton blend (86% Cotton, 11% Elastane, 3% Spandex) and featuring a classic five-pocket design with a front zip fly closure, they are made in Los Angeles. Measurements include a 9.5" rise, 34" inseam, and 17" leg opening; model is 5’10" with a bust of 32”, waist of 23.5", hips of 34.5”, and wears size 25.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
