Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Comfort is ensured with a cushioned micro suede covered footbed featuring extra foam, complemented by a high-traction rubber outsole and a leawood wrapped 3-inch heel. Perfect for fall holiday parties, these heeled boots stand at a shaft height of 14 1/4 inches, with a shaft circumference of 15 1/2 inches, finished with a refined round toe shape.
