Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

It is made from a blend of wool and viscose, offering both comfort and style. Its pointed lapel collar and long sleeves add a sophisticated touch, while the mini cut accentuates the feminine silhouette. The two-button closure and wrist buttons bring a classic note, while the flap pockets add practical functionality. The jacket is also equipped with a sewn logo tag, demonstrating the authenticity of the brand. Made from blended stretch nylon fabric and lined with cupro twill, it ensures ease of movement while being pleasant to wear. Viscose 78%, Virgin Wool 21%, Elastane 1%.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
