Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This pair features a waterproof, breathable KEEN.DRY membrane and an eco-conscious PFAS-free durable water repellency to keep your feet dry. The ripstop mesh upper offers lightweight support, while the multi-directional pattern with 4mm teeth ensures enhanced grip. Equipped with a two-finger nylon loop, easy lacing adjustment, and a removable PU insole, it delivers a customized, comfortable fit. Maintenance is simple: gently brush with a damp sponge and air dry away from heat.
