It is handcrafted by women cooperatives in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia, using traditional techniques.

Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds

Exchanges
