Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Women's Rope Bag by KAVU in Mineral Red is a stylish and functional crossbody designed for adventurous spirits. Made from 12-oz cotton canvas or polyester mesh with a water-resistant coating, this bag ensures durability and weather protection. It features an adjustable rope shoulder strap with a side-release buckle, accommodating a strap drop of approximately 22″–44″, and offers an approximate size of 20″ × 11″ × 5″ with a capacity of around 10 liters. Conveniently equipped with multiple compartments, including two vertical zip pockets and smaller slots for keys or phones, the bag also boasts a padded back for enhanced comfort.
