If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

This long-sleeve sweater features a classic pull-on style with a soft mock neckline and ribbed cuffs and hem for both warmth and a polished touch. Crafted from a sustainable blend of 56% recycled polyester, 37% polyester, 5% wool, and 2% spandex, it measures 26.5 inches in length and is imported. Care: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry or opt for dry cleaning.
