If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted with a russet brown cowhide foot and an 11" turquoise cowhide top, this boot blends durability with a bold look. It features a woven lining and a removable OrthoLite insole made from breathable polyurethane foam, ensuring comfort and flexibility. The boot also includes an UltraHex midsole for shock absorption, a non-metallic shank, and an oil and slip-resistant rubber outsole.
