If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This medium-sized tote features multiple exterior pockets with gleaming rivets for easy access to your essentials. It includes top handles with a 4-inch drop, a removable and adjustable crossbody strap with an 18-24 inch drop, and a zippered top closure to keep everything secure.
