If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This stylish tote features gleaming brass plated hardware, oversized rings, and eyelets, with dimensions of 11.75 in. H x 13 in. W x 4.5 in. D. It offers a magnetic snap closure and versatile carrying options with a non-adjustable short shoulder strap of 8 in. drop and a removable, adjustable crossbody strap ranging from 14 in. to 24 in. drop. Crafted from 100% vegan leather (polyurethane), the bag includes a linen fabric lining, one interior zip pocket, two interior open pockets, and an exterior back zip pocket.
