Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Details
This vest is made from novelty bouclé woven fabric and is lined. The composition is 45% polyester, 36% viscose rayon, 16% cotton, 2% metal fibre, and 1% spandex. It has a scoop neckline, sleeveless styling, decorative bust flaps, and princess seams at the front and back. The front closes with a JR gold button. The fit is fitted, and the body length from the high point of the shoulder is 22" (55.88 cm). Hand wash cold with like colors and wash inside out. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.
