If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges

These jeans feature a flattering 9" mid-rise and a regular fit through the waist, hip, and thigh, culminating in a stylish bootcut leg and a full-length 30" inseam. The medium indigo 'Crave' wash is accentuated with authentic whiskering patterns and all-over abrasion. Made from a cotton blend of 69% Cotton, 16% Polyester, 9% Rayon, 5% Elasterellp, and 1% Spandex, these jeans offer both comfort and style with a convenient zip closure and practical 5-pocket styling. Care instructions include machine wash to maintain their look and feel.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
