Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The temple arms are precision machined from aluminum to exacting detail and mounted with custom seven-barrel stainless steel hinges. The back half of the temple arms are hand crafted from Italian cellulose acetate from Mazzucchelli 1849 and have a wire core for adjustability in fit as well as inlaid temple pads for performance.LENS TECHNOLOGYLaser etched with the signature Z, the nylon lenses by Carl Zeiss are ultra-premium, impact resistant, and optically pure. They provide 100% UVA and UVB protection with precise clarity. Polarized, flash mirror and back side anti-reflective coating options are available with some colorways.
