This long sleeve dress features stunning black floral patterns on an off-white base, accented by three velvet bows on the chest. Composed of 100% polyester with a double lining of 97% polyester and 3% spandex, it offers a scoopneck design ideal for cocktail parties and special occasions. Closure: Tie closure. Care instructions include hand washing in cold water separately, as color may bleed, and line dry. Measurements for size Small: Shoulder to bottom hem 32", bust 26-28". Model is wearing size small.
