Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

A lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly waterproof hiker for women, HOKA® Anacapa 2 Mid GTX Waterproof Hiking Boots for Ladies offers reliable comfort and support on the trail. Made of recycled polyester mesh and Leather Working Group gold-rated waterproof nubuck leather and featuring an Achilles heel comfort design and abrasion-resistant rubber toe cap, this mid-height hiking boot's upper protects and supports your feet and ankles over any hike. Featuring a 71% recycled polyester face fabric, the GORE-TEX® waterproof/breathable membrane system inside this protective upper keep feet dry and comfortable. Built around HOKA's signature high-stack, compression-molded EVA midsoles made with 30% sugar cane and enhanced with extended SwallowTail™ heel geometry, the Anacapa 2 Mid GTX delivers a smooth ride on the trails everytime. Molded polyurethane sockliners made with 50% soybean oil add additional cushioning beneath your feet. This advanced foot platform provides a symmetrical bed of cushion without additional prescriptive technologies while maintaining a responsive toe-off for when you want to go faster. Vibram® Megagrip rubber outsoles feature deep lugs to power over trails, no matter how rough or loose the trail. 7mm drop.
