Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

This versatile accessory measures 11" in width, 9.5" in height, and 4.5" in depth, featuring Old English Brass hardware and a sandlewood lining. It comes with a solid leather guitar strap, offering a 19.5" strap drop, allowing you to wear it crossbody or as a shoulder bag, or simply remove the strap to carry it by the circular top handles. The satchel is equipped with a top zip closure and a well-organized interior with multiple pockets, including a signature phone pocket on the exterior back.
