Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Designed for comfort and convenience, this piece features a regular fit with a protected two-way zipper for easy changes and added safety on sensitive skin. Made from a supersoft blend of organic combed cotton and stretch fibers, it is breathable, moisture-wicking, hypoallergenic, and gentle on delicate or eczema-prone skin. Fold-over mittens and cuffs help prevent scratching while keeping baby cozy, and the extendable cuffs allow it to convert from a footless romper to a footed sleeper for longer wear. When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
