Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
This waterproof boot features a steel toe and meets ASTM F2413 protective toe and electrical hazard standards. It includes a durable double-ribbed tempered steel shank and is crafted from SPR full-grain leather. The boot also complies with ASTM F2413 metatarsal guard standards, with XRD® material providing impact protection. Additional features include a heel-stabilizing Counter Lock, high-performance mesh lining, and an AMP LT insole with memory foam. The Goodyear® welt construction ensures durability, and a Comfort Cover tongue protector adds extra comfort. The weight per shoe is 2.00 lbs for size 10M, and it has a 1-inch heel height.
