If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Measurements: Small Bust 48", Length 24" Medium Bust 50", Length 24" Large Bust 52", Length 24" 1X Bust 56", Length 26" 2X Bust 58", Length 26" 3X Bust 60", Length 26". The back is longer for added coverage. Made from 95% cotton and 5% polyester. Light to medium weight. Hand wash cold, line dry, no bleach.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
