Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This short sleeve, crewneck tee is crafted from 100% cotton combed ringspun with Biancalani 30/1 side seam jersey, offering a lightweight feel at 155 g. Featuring a premium fit and screen print artwork, it boasts a durable, ultra-soft texture that maintains its shape and integrity wash after wash. Length from high point shoulder (HPS) is 29.5" for a size medium. Care instructions include machine wash cold and tumble dry low heat, with specific precautions against wringing, twisting, ironing, and bleach.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
