If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Florsheim presents the Men's Norwalk Plain Toe Oxford in Cognac Multi, an ideal blend of classic design and modern silhouette, perfect for various occasions. Crafted from either smooth leather, milled leather, or crazy horse leather, this shoe features a round toe and a flat heel under 1", making it suitable for engagement events and quiet luxury trends. The shoe includes comfortable Suedetec linings, a fully cushioned, removable Comfortech footbed with molded EVA, and a flexible TPU midsole for all-day comfort. Designed with a lightweight TPU outsole featuring Flexsole Technology, this Oxford is versatile enough for spring gatherings and Thanksgiving celebrations.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
