If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Parisian Nights High Neck Long Gown by Fleur't is an elegant nightgown crafted in black with TENCEL™ Modal x Eco Soft Technology fabric. It features a sophisticated high neck fit, side slits, and delicate lace inserts for a touch of femininity. The gown includes adjustable straps and a fully lined stretch mesh bust for added comfort. Carewise, it can be hand washed in cold water or machine washed in a mesh bag on a gentle cycle, and it's best to hang to dry.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
