Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Introducing the Reagan Bootcut Pants by Fifteen Twenty, a minimalist essential in chic ecru, ideal for your spring wardrobe. These full-length pants showcase a high-rise waist with a slim fit through the hip, transitioning into a subtle bootcut leg. Crafted from bungee stretch woven fabric, they comprise 62% Polyester, 33% Viscose, and 5% Elastane, partially lined with 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex. Closure is achieved with a classic button and zipper, and practical elements include belt loops and two flat front pockets. Made in the USA of imported fabric, these pants offer a front rise of 12.38 inches, an inseam of 30.5 inches, and a leg opening of 19 inches (size 4). Care instructions are machine wash cold and tumble dry low or dry clean. Style number 3F23207.
