Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These wide-leg pants are crafted from an embroidered linen blend woven fabric, consisting of 80% Viscose and 20% Linen, and feature a fully lined 100% cotton interior for added comfort. Designed with a relaxed fit and pull-on closure, they offer practicality through two functional side pockets and a clean front silhouette. Made for versatile day-to-night styling, these pants can be machine washed cold and hung to dry or dry-cleaned. Measurements for size S include a 12 3/4 inch front rise, 29 inch inseam, and 27 inch leg opening.
