This long sleeve blouse, made from 100% polyester, features a flattering smocked waist and a flowy silhouette with romantic soft puff sleeves. Garment length is 11 inches, with sleeve length at 18 inches. This pull-on top can be hand washed separately in cold water and should be hung to dry.
