If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Stones are hand set, primarily prong set. Adhesive is used minimally and only where necessary. Diamond-style stones are cubic zirconia or Swarovski crystal. The base metal is either brass alloy or sterling silver, hand polished before plating. Electroplating is applied in three stages: copper, nickel, then pure gold or rhodium. Brass alloy rings are inspected after the copper stage and re-polished if surface flaws are found before continuing to the next plating stage. This is a rhodium-plated thick silver band. All rings come with an unconditional guarantee. Store in a dry area when not in use. Avoid contact with cosmetics, lotion, and hairspray. Remove before washing dishes or doing heavy work. Clean dull or cloudy stones with a liquid jewelry cleaner following the product's instructions.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
