If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Hampton Mini Dress by Emily McCarthy is a beautifully crafted piece in a delicate lavender hue, perfect for a spring vacation. This mini dress features short elastic puff sleeves and a mandarin-style collar, complemented by functional side pockets. Composed of a Viscose blend, with 82% Viscose and 18% Linen, and lined with 100% Polyester, it offers a softly tailored shift silhouette enhanced by retro-inspired embroidery. Closure is pull-on, and care involves turning inside out and hand washing with a gentle detergent in cold water; hang dry to preserve its shape and color.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
