If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Designed for durability and comfort, they include a slip, oil, and abrasion-resistant rubber outsole, steel shank, and waterproof membrane to keep feet dry. The 11" high saddle vamp and square toe design provide a stylish touch, while the cushioned Flex insole and EVA midsole offer all-day comfort.
