If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the DryShod Men's Arctic Storm Hi Insulated Waterproof Winter Mud Boot, engineered for extreme cold conditions. Made with a hand-laid rubber exterior and encompassing 11 mm of insulating warmth from 5.5 mm bootie and layered DENSOPRENE foam, this boot ensures top-to-bottom waterproof protection. Designed for comfort and stability, it features a DS1 Model Outsole, breathable Airmesh lining, and a removable molded EVA sockliner. Engineered with a round toe and reinforced tuck board, this boot is perfect for winter hiking, withstanding temperatures from -50°F to +65°F.
