If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Featuring long sleeves in a solid black design, this jacket is composed of 90% polyester and 10% spandex, with a channel-quilted body providing 3 oz. polyfill insulation. The jacket is water-resistant with a Rudolf Bionic-Finish® Eco C0 finish, adjustable features like hook and loop elasticized cuffs, and an auto-lock zipper closure for convenience. Complete with a three-piece contoured hood, exterior hand pockets with zippers, two large interior dump pockets, and a drop tail hem, this piece ensures comfort and coverage in any weather.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
