RUBY RED FLAPPER COSTUME. This costume features an embossed velvet dress with rhinestone neckline trim and sequin fringe. It includes a sequin fringe headpiece adorned with rhinestones and ostrich feathers. Gloves, cigarette holder, earrings, and boa are not included. Made from 98% polyester and 2% spandex. Hand wash cold.

Refunds

Exchanges
