If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The AG8™ dual-density comfort footbed and oil- and slip-resisting rubber outsole ensure superior arch support and essential traction. Made with non-metallic cement construction and a TPU heel stabilizer, they are electrical hazard rated and include a removable footbed for optimal comfort. Ideal for camping and fall adventures, these wide-fit boots sit at a comfortable 1" heel height.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
