Featuring a square neckline with a fixed tie and short puffed Juliet sleeves, this dress offers a blend of elegance and comfort. Its smocked bodice has an adjustable waist tie for a perfect fit, leading to an ankle-grazing skirt. Closure is a convenient pull-on design. Rocio is 5'9" and wears a size S.
