If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Lou Dress by Crosby by Mollie Burch is a chic and versatile mini dress in a zebra pattern, perfect for your summer vacation wardrobe. Featuring short sleeves and a relaxed waist with a full skirt, this above-the-knee shift dress ensures comfort and style. Made from stretch poly crepe, it offers a slightly textured matte finish with a stiff drape and great stretch. Closure: Zip closure. Care: Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, hang or lay flat to dry, and use a medium iron or steam to remove wrinkles as needed. Length: 35 1/2" from size small. The model, CC, is 5'9" and wears a size small.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
