Final sale. Damaged or wrong item? That’s on us.
Final Sale
All items are final sale so we can pass along the best possible prices. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.
- Email: info@snaggedandbagged.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
This beautiful 3.25" x 3.5" heart shaped box is plated with nickel to give the box a shiny silver look that will not tarnish. The cover can be engraved with a monogram to personalize this gift. The cover lifts off and the inside cover of the box is lined with a dark blue flocked cloth. White gift box.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
