Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Details
This shoe has a mixed-material mesh upper that is breathable and treated with Blood 'n Guts water and stain resistance. The upper includes drainage ports for water drainage on a boat and the Navic Fit System for midfoot lockdown. The Omni-Max midsole uses TechLite foam, with a shaped heel and midfoot for stability, deflection domes in the heel and forefoot to reduce impact and improve rebound, and forefoot flex grooves for flexibility and push-off. The rubber outsole has razor siping for grip on wet surfaces. The upper is 50% polyester and 50% recycled polyester, the midsole is 100% EVA, the outsole is 100% rubber, the footbed is 100% PU, and the lining is 100% polyester. A half pair in size 8 UK (42 EU) weighs 10.7 oz (302.2 g). The shoe is intended for urban activities and fishing and is imported.
