Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted from 97% organic cotton and 3% elastane, these pants offer a relaxed fit with a mid waist and cropped leg style, perfect for an effortlessly chic look. Obtaining the right fit is easy; these pants have an inside leg length of approximately 65 cm (25.6 inches) for size 27/32, with a front rise of about 30.3 cm (11.9 inches) and a half leg opening of approximately 22 cm (8.7 inches). The button closure ensures a secure fit, and the pants include pockets for added functionality. For care, machine wash at 30°C on a mild cycle, avoid bleach and tumble drying, and iron at low temperature.
