If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted in Italy from a comfortable blend of 79% cotton, 20% recycled cotton, and 1% elastane, these jeans feature a relaxed fit with a high-rise waist and a zip closure for seamless wear. With a light, destroyed wash and authentic twill texture, their cropped leg design and lined knee holes add modern flair to classic denim. These jeans are machine washable and can be tumble dried, making them a practical choice for travel and everyday adventures. Model is 1.78 m (5'8") and wears size 27, with an inside leg length of approximately 67 cm (26.3") or 73 cm (28.7") depending on the size.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
