If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Woven from pure organic cotton, these jeans are 100% made in Italy and are part of the eco-friendly A BETTER BLUE line. They feature a slim fit with a low waist and flared leg, enhanced by a dark grey concolorous wash with bright edge effects. These jeans boast a button fly closure and are ideal for travel or Thanksgiving festivities. Care: Machine wash and tumble dry. Model is 5'9" wearing size 27/32, with an inner leg length of 33.5 inches.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
