If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Indira Ankle Dress is a fitted, ethically handmade dress from GOTS certified organic cotton voile, featuring a high neck smocked neckline, flutter sleeves, and an elastic waistband for comfort. It includes pockets, rouleaux ties with tassels at the button opening, and a ruffled skirt. The dress is unlined and bra-friendly, available in size S, modeled by individuals who are 5'10" and 5'11". Care instructions: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, or dry clean. Measurements from Shoulder To Hem: XS - 52.5", S - 53", M - 53.5", L - 54", XL - 54.5".

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
